1. Nature of services
Growth Griffins provides digital marketing and technology services. No physical goods are sold or shipped.
2. Mode of delivery
Deliverables such as websites, designs, reports, creatives and campaign setups are delivered electronically by email, WhatsApp, shared links, or directly within the client's own accounts and platforms.
3. Delivery timelines
- Free website audit: displayed on screen in about a minute, with the detailed report shared on WhatsApp.
- Website preview: within 48 hours of the growth call and receipt of the information required from the client.
- All other services: as per the timelines stated in the Agreement.
4. Photo and video shoots
Shoots are conducted at the client's premises or an agreed location on mutually agreed dates. Edited files are delivered electronically.
5. Delays
Timelines depend on timely approvals, content and access from the client. If a delay arises on our side, we will inform the client and agree a revised date. Questions about delivery can be sent to contact@growthgriffins.com.
